A stunning holiday home for extended families or groups of adults - offering outstanding facilities in a property that works perfectly for larger parties.

Les Roches is a traditional stone farmhouse, beautifully restored between 2002 and 2004. The accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms all ensuite, large living/dining room and farmhouse kitchen. The 5th bedroom is located in a self contained apartment adjoining the main house. The house is furnished with antiques and soft furnishings. Have a look at our Floor Plan for a layout. MAIN HOUSE

Farmhouse kitchen - every budding chef's dream - equipped with microwave, range oven, dishwasher and more.

The Farmhouse kitchen (5.2 x 4.3m max) is fully equipped with a large range oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. In the centre of the room is a large pine farmhouse table. It has everything that a budding chef would want including a number of French cookbooks. From the kitchen there is a door out to the terrace overlooking the pool and valley.

The spacious living/dining room (5.4 x 9.1m max) has leather sofas at one end of the room around a large wood burning stove. A comprehensive video library complements the TV and video. There is also a games cupboard and book library. At the other end of the room, a large dining table which can seat 12 takes pride of place in front of french doors. Tucked under the stairs there is a small cloakroom. From the French doors you step out onto the roof terrace with stunning views overlooking the valley. There is further seating out here for 12 for alfresco dining.

Living / dining room, equipped with Sky TV, DVD, Video, log-burning stove, video and book llibraries.

Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms off a double height stairwell.

'Master Bedroom' (5.4 x 5.3m max)

Master bedroom, boasting ensuite with double-ended roll-top bath.

A double bedroom with double height ceiling and french doors offering a view over the valley. The ensuite has a roll top bath and shower, toilet and basin. There is a stunning ornate french bed and large mirrored armoire. There is ample space for a cot if required.

Ensuite with double-ended roll-top bath & thermostatic shower.

'Blue Bedroom' (4.7 x 5.0m max)

A double bedroom with double height ceiling. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, toilet and basin. Again there is a beautiful French wooden bed with large mirrored armoire. In addition there is a day bed which can be converted to provide extra accommodation for a child.

The ensuite offers a large walk-in shower, with WC and wash hand basin.

'Eaves Bedroom' (4.6 x 5.2m max)

Set into the eaves, this quaint bedroom has a lovely cottagey feel. A twin with ensuite (sit-tub bath / shower).

A twin bedroom with matching beds beautifully set into the eaves again with a more rustic feel, enhanced by the antique pine furniture. The ensuite has a sit-tub with shower over, WC and basin.

'The Hayloft' (4.6 x 4.8m max)

A twin bedroom (with small double and single) beautifully set into the eaves creating a warm and more rustic feel. The furniture is hand painted and the ensuite has a sit-tub and shower, toilet and basin.

Originally the Hayloft, this bedroom retains the old hayloft aperture - now a lovely, private little balcony. With ensuite & sit-tub bath / shower.

'PETIT ROC' (6.0 x 4.7m excl. ensuite) - Always let with the main house in high season

Originally a kitchen with attached bread oven, the apartment has been carefully renovated with French doors providing views over the pool. There is also a separate entrance to the side of the main house. The main room offers a living/kitchen area, and bedroom area with double bed. In addition there is a day bed which can provide further accommodation for a child. The ensuite shower room is off the small lobby as you enter. The apartment is ideal for extended families or a nanny (we find the the grandparents will often seek sanctuary in this room away from the kids!).
