The Gite

The Pool

The pool has underwater lights, and uplighters hilight the character of the rock face.

The Gite itself

Master bedroom offering views over the lovely secluded valley. With double ended roll-top bath.Blue bedroom, with double-size walk-in shower.Bedroom 4 in the eaves - a twin bedroom with room for an additional bed.

The living / dining room offers book-, video- and geames-libraries, and has a lovely wood-buring stove for the colder months.

The Garden, Terraces & Vernads

The terrace to the veranda sits four comfortably.The lawn is perfect for kids to play and sun-worshippers to enjoy the sun.Old farm equipment adorns the garden - relics of a previous age.

The childrens swings are great for kids of all ages.En route to the summer kitchen, BBQs and Sauna from the swimming pool.The kids play area - ideal forchildren of all ages.

The roof terrace sits 14 and offers superb views over the pool, play area and secluded valley.The summer kitchen offers three BBQs, a fridge and sink and is a stones throw from the enclosed pool.The front drive offers parking for three or four cars, with plenty of additonal parking opposite the hangar.

Sunsets behind the church as viewed from the property.The caves in the valley are great places for kids to explore.

The tower by the touron - one of the few remnants of the first bastide village.The boulangerie - rated as one of the best in the dDordogne.The windmill now stands idle but proud overlooking Fonroque.
