Background

After six great years of renovating and operating Gite Les Roches, it is with a degree of reluctance that we are putting it up for sale. Having just bought another renovation project closeby that is now ready to move into, it is now appropriate to make the move (and free up some funds to finish the new place off!).

The property had not been lived in for a number of years when we bought it, and was extremely basic - giving us a blank canvass to design and execute renovations that were of a high standard and ideally suited to running it as a holiday home.

The Business

It has been operating very successfully for four seasons.
20-22 weeks bookings a year in the high season - in periods of one or two weeks normally, with the occassional three week booking;
Additional Long Terms Lets over the winter period (usually five months).
We declare about €50,000 of income every year.
